I have created a new form on a tab control page but keep
getting the following error message

"The changes you requested to the table were not
successful because they would create duplicate values in
the index, primary key, or relationship. (Error 3022)
Change the data in the field or fields that contain
duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to
permit duplicate entries, and try again"

I have changed indexes, allowed duplicates etc. but still
cannot solve this problem. I have even deleted the whole
table and reentered all the fields but still get the same
error message.
Grateful any advice

What I did was amalgamate three similar tables into one
large table - had tblProject, tblSubcontractor and
tblMilestones; but put all fields into tblProject. Form
which were formerly based on tblSubc. work OK. But form
based on tblMilestones cause the problem below. therefore,
there are no table relationships to worry about, as the
problem is occurring in a single table (hope you
understand this?)
