recurrence x-th working day

pls tell me if and how I can set the following recurrence patterns in outlook
2007:
- the x-th working day of each month (x = 5 .. 20)
- the y-th working day after the 25th of the month

this add in is only for outlook < 2003; I use outlook 2007
