Recurrence pattern

I have a recurring calendar item for a staff meeting set for the third
Tuesday of every month. No problem. But I would like to also set a reminder
for the Friday preceding the staff meeting for distribution of the agenda.
Setting a recurrence pattern for 2nd Friday of the month only works if the
month begins on Sun-Tues., right? What I'd really like is the equivalent of
"third Tuesday of the month minus four days". I don't see how to do
this...maybe it is not possible? Thanks in advance.

You might want to look at a 3rd party add-in called WS:Repeat Appointment
that allows you to choose a more customized pattern for recurring
appointments. Details here:
