Recovery Wizard Problem on Vaio

Hi guys

Just bought my new Vaio.

Went to create a Recovery Disk with the Recovery Wizard.
All was going well until my computer encounted an error
with the DVD-R it was writing on.

So I went to re-run the Recovery Wizard & now I get this
error messege "Vaio Recovery Wizard cannot find the
recovery partition. Restart your computer".

I restarted my computer & now I recieve the same message.

I am not very happy with Sony. Especially with all the
money I have paid for my machine.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I answered your question in "Help and Support" you don't need to ask in
different newsgroups.

not sure i can help but did you have a cd-r or dvd-r in the writer. anyway,
sony has original configuration data at their website.
