Recovering Document

Hello, I saved a word document, my son deleted it through the recycle bin..
Is there any way to recover this very important document?
 
Probably not - but if the disc space it occupied has not yet been
overwritten you *may* be able to recover it with third party file recovery
software, which I would recommend downloading on another PC, in case the
download overwrites its disc space.
Do *not* try System Restore - that has no effect on data.
