Recovering deleted recycle bin file...

We have several files that we need to recover on a Win 2K
machine that are not in the recycle bin. We tried using
recover.exe from the dos prompt, but we get the error
message "Cannot lock the drive. The volume is still in
use." Is there a back-door way to recover these files? We
do have the names of the files and the directories they
were in.

I have been doing successfull recovering of deleted/lost files with sharewares
File Scavenger costing some $50 and TuneUp Utilities some $40 per license.
Please check at e.g. www.download.com.
