recovering deleted contacts in Outlook 2007

How can I recover deleted contacts in Outlook 2007, they do not appear in any
deleted folder.
 
Then you would have to restore from a backup. Deleted Contacts always go to
the Deleted Items folder so you must have deleted them from there as well.
