I am using Vista Windows Mail for emails. Is there a way I can recover or
retrieve an e-mail that I sent to someone which has not yet been opened by
that person, as if it was never sent in the first place?

Thanks for any help.

If it's still in your Outbox, just delete it. If it's gone to the outgoing
mail
server, it's unlikely you can do anything about it now.

No.

I just started using Vista and run into the same problem. I used this several
times in Outlook at work but up till now I haven´t been able to find out how
to do that in Vista. If you did find out by now I would like to know as well.

It can be done in Outlook, but cannot be done in Windows Mail unless
the mail is still in your Outbox.
