recovering a file deleted over a network

I have two computers - computer A and computer B. Computer B has a
writable shared directory. I accidently deleted a file in this
directory on computer A. Now, I don't see the file in either computers
recycle bin. Any ideas as to what I can do to recover it?

Files deleted across a network or from the command prompt NEVER hit the
"recycle bin". You will need some 3rd party software to recover them.

Stop using the computer until file recovery software is tried.
