recover unsaved files

Does anyone know how to recover a spreadsheet that I
created but never saved? I created the spreadsheet, never
named it and never saved it, then I accidently closed
excel. I tried going to where it says it did an auto save
but the file is not there or in the temp file, can anyone
help. I veen tried a restore and that didn't work either.

Please help me.-MC
