Recover unsaved changes in excel workbook

How to recover unsaved changes to a saved document in MS
Excel 2000? Is there a temporary folder where it stores
the temporary changes of the workbook? Let me know.

Dave,

Excel doesn't store unsaved changed. Once the file is saved and
closed, all history is gone. Some changes can be undone using Undo,
but that doesn't survive closing.
