Recover Text from any file

When you open a document using the recover text from any file option the
files of type drop down list the document contains alot of extra information
at the bottom. It looks like some of the imformation is avout the styles used
in the document and some user information. Some of the documents contain file
paths too.

Where is this information stored and is there any way to remove it?
