Contact your host and see if they have a backup or
download it from the site if it's still there.
Look at your cache (and everyone else you can contact who
has surfed your site recently) and recover indiviudal
files.
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ContentIE5\
You have to use Windows Explorer to get to the cache.
Search your PC for explorer.exe.
Google index:www.yoursite.com and individually save
whatever they have cached.
explorer.exe is the windows shell
iexplore.exe is internet explorer
When you boot, explorer.exe is automatically loaded / running.
Browse to C:\Windows and double click explorer.exe and you will launch a second instance which will
default to C:\My Documents in explorer mode.
