Recover Deleted Files

Hi all,

My Server Computer uses Win Pro OS. When user of other PCs delete files in
the Server Computer's Shared folder, the files are gone forever, i.e. the
files do not go to the Server Computer's recycled bin.

Is there a way to recover the deleted files?

Or can something be done so that deleted files are transferred to the Server
Computer's recycled bin?

I'm sorry, but that's what happens when one computer on a network
deletes files that are stored on another computer. The files don't go
into the Recycle Bin on either computer. I don't know of any way to
change this.

I recommend making all shared folders read-only unless there's a
specific need to allow write/delete access.
