Recover a User

Hi Group...

WinXP Home

I Tried to change the Group Membership to "standard user" to a User
Account... but is not on my Welcome screen anymore.

I tried to create another user account with same name but it says that the
user already exist...

What can I do to recover that user account?

any comment is greatly welcome

You probably don't need to recover the account. Just
press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice in succession, then type the
account name & password to log on.

Hi,

You need to boot into Safe mode first (tap F8 repeatedly
early in the computer/Windows startup process)
