Recount of Icons

Hello everybody, I write in this forum for a question

Is it possible in Excel 2007 include a cell with the counting of red lights
or red arrows, etc. My problem arises because I have a table with a few rules
and some icons and I am interested in the main page to get a summary
(example: you have 5 red, 15 yellow and 30 green)
