Recordset not Updatable on Table

I have a table with four fields, including a primary key. It's a very
simple table, and is used in many queries. I've never had any problems
with it, and then suddenly today it won't let me add a new record. Any
ideas? Thanks.
 
As an additional note, I've now noticed that I can't add records to any
of my tables, either through the front end or directly to the back end.
