Recording/editing a macro.

Hello there,

i am fairly new to the macro recording and creating, Can someone please guide me or help me in this context.

I am trying to use the Digital signature in Outlook,i have designed one and we are currently using it on our internal/external e-mails. The problem is that i would like the Digital Signature only to come in to effect when we send External e-mails and not internal e-mails as it takes up quite a a lot of space on the exchange servers.

Any help would be appreciated,
