Record to DV

When I export my movie to my DV camera the result is crappy. It is jumpy
like it is skipping or something. I have a 1.6Ghz with 512MB Ram. Why would
this happen and how can I make it not happen?

Try turning off all apps not needed, inc
a-virus/firewall/internet/screensaver etc etc.
Defrag hdd.
