Record Lost!!!

My users keep loosing some of db records from time to time even though my
front end has no function to delete record. There is no Delete Record menu.
I have no idea how this happen. Any suggestion?

Is there a way to log the all operations of access? Any

Are they accessing the tables directly (not using forms)? Then they could
delete record using standard Access functions (eg. the Del key).
