Record is deleted (Error 3167)

Hello,
Why am I getting Record is deleted (Error 3167), I am
debugging my code and I am the only one who is running
application, there is no way that the record is delete.
Any idea?

Without seeing your code, no way to tell. Can you give us a hint, at least?
