Reconstructing A Report

I accidentally deleted a report that is embedded in an .mdb file. The
table and its other reports are still there. I have an old backup
..mdb file that contains the report I want. Is there any way to
extract the report from one file and move it to another. I'm trying
to avoid re-creating the report from scratch.
