reconfiguring workgroup/domain

I disjoined a laptop from a domain to a workgroup. Now I
can't login because I don't know the admin
username/passwor (or any user account for that matter). Is
there any way to reconfigure the workgroup at startup?

See tip 1984 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com to reset the Admin
password.
