reconciling two documents in Word

How do I reconcile two documents with same name and content in Word?
 
Is this Word 2007? Have you tried the Compare command on the Review tab?

Or if you are saying that you want to insert one document into the other,
you can use the Insert File dialog box (Insert tab | Object | Text from
File).
