Recomendation TV tuner card $80 or so!

I have a new computer with 160gb HD. I am looking to buy a TV tuner
card, to watch tv and occasionally record shows (once a week).
Looking to spend about $80, any recommendation (what to look for in a
card). Thanks

Hauppauge's PVR-150 is around that much. I've been using one
for several months and am very impressed with it so far. Very
good video quality and it's incredibly well supported by third-party
software (SageTV, Beyond TV, Windows MCE etc).
