Recognizing a computer

hi all,

we have LAN (Local are network) in the office. someone among my
colleagues sends me emails from some yahoo accounts.
is there any way if i could recognize him or her some hows i.e
through
I.P or can i find his IP Address ??


Please suggest.

You see who's sending through the "sender" adress in the email...
Since you are in a (hopefully protected) LAN i wonder why you would want to
get his internet ip adress anyways???
If you want to know WHO he is (assumed his email address is anonyme) , you
will have to complain to yahoo or whatever isp email he's using
