Recognize AMD 64

Hi everyone! I want to ask you about one thing. Does anyone know software
program that when i write the serial number from my AMD64 3200+ chip, it
tells my what kernel the CPU is (NewCastle or Winchester), and does SSE3
instructions are supported? I heard once that there was a software which
tell the week of the year that CPU was produced.
