recipient not visible

What can be wrong when the recipient is not visible in ''sent items''?
Outlook 2003 is used.

were they in the to, cc, or bcc field? are other recipients visible? Is this
in the message list or did you open the message?

They should be in the TO:field but the whiole field is not displayed..

As in it's not wide enough to show all of the names? You can't do much about
that except make the field wider (in the message list) or click the cursor
in the list of name and use the arrow keys to move to the end of the list of
names, You can also hit forward and see the names in the message body.

No, it has nothing to do with wid eenough or not.
The TO: field is there but empty.....

Can I send you a little screen shot of a piece of outlook?
Or can I send it to this discussion list?

OK, I have uploaded the file with a screem dump, hope you know wha tis going
on.
I know it is a OWA example but in Outlook it looks the same.
