recieving duplicate mail

I recently got a new computer running vistas. since I transfered my files
from my old computer which was also runnung vistas i have been receiving
duplicates of every email i receive even the ones that go into junk. somebody
told me that it may be an antivirus inegrated with mail. I have Panda as my
Antivirus. Can any body help me fiqure out what to do. It is very time
consuming going thru all emails when Monday morning hits.

The typical reason for that problem is having a duplicate account.
Go to Tools, Accounts, and make sure there isn't a duplicate account.
