Reciever can't see some information on the Vcard when I send

When I insert a contact information to an email, or simply send the VCard
from the contact information; the receiver can't see all the information on
the Vcard. Can someone help?

What information is missing? In what version of Outlook?

Outlook 2003.
Sometimes the phone number, sometimes is totally blank. That's what the
receiver tells me. I know my contact information contains all the
information, but it looks like when I send it, it disapears.
