Recieve data loss error

When opening up an excel 2000 workbook in excel 2002 on a
tablet pc we are recieving a data loss error which causes
#Name errors. The workbook contains a significant amount
of links. Anyone have any ideas why?
 
Any chance you have an addin/workbook on the "good" pc that's not available on
the tablet pc?
