recent documents

Hi im using Excel 2000 at work and im unable to see more than 4 recent
documents on the drop down menu i need to see what other documents i have
been using in the past thanx x
 
Hi
goto 'Tools - Options - general' and specify the number of files to be
displayed in the file menu (up to 9)
