I am using Outlook 2003 and it will not recieve E-Mails anymore. When I send
E-Mails it is fine, I just cannot recieve them. I get an error saying that
the connection with the server has timed out waiting for a response. Does
anyone have a solution for this?

What version of Outlook do you have? What types of account(s)? Any
anti-spam or anti-virus software installed?

I am using Outlook 2003 with a POP3 account. The only anti-virus software I
use is V-Com's System Suite. I have SP2 installed and have the firewall
turned on. It all worked fine until a few days ago.

Try turning off incoming mail scanning (if it is enabled) in your virus
scanner. This seems to be a problem with a lot of software that tries to
wedge itself between Outlook and the server...
