Receiving Outlook email.

I loaded office 2007 and now outlook will not work. I'm getting junk mail,
but my regular email is being diverted somewhere else. I can see Outlook
receiving the messages, but have no idea where it's routing the email. I have
checked all my personal folders and there is nothing there. This all began
when I upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2007.

Thanks for any help.

What exactly "will not work"?
Verify that all your addins are compatible with Outlook 2007.
Additionally, if you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook,
disable this integration and try again.

Thank you for your responses. I disabled my virus checker, all add ins are
compatible and all of Outlook works. The problem is with sent/receive. I can
see the messages coming in. When they have been processed, the junk mail goes
to the junk mail folder and the regular email goes into never never land.
Obviously it goes somewhere, just where?

Dear Roady,

Thank you very much for your help with this problem. I followed your advice
and recreated a mail profile. I now get my email. Again, my deepest and most
profound gratitude. You were the only person who came up with the right
answer.

Respectfully,

Gary
