receiving mail to a folder in Inbox

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how/what to set to receive mail from a particular person
to a separate folder created inside inbox folder. For example i have created
a new folder named 'sam' inside inbox folder and i want all mails from sam to
go directly to this folder.

Tools-Rules and Alerts
 
Right click on the message and choose Create Rule...
Choose the options that you want from there.
