Receiving incoming messages

I am using Verizon with Msn as my server. I have a hotmail account. When
trying to receive I get online to MSN then go to the Send/Receive button, go
to "All Accounts". After doing that I receive this message: MSN1 Sychronized
Error 04800CCCf0 Service Unavailable! MSN Error 0480040900 Ca't be found!

Hot Mail Address: 0480040126 Connection Server off line! What am I doing
wrong? I am very new to this!

Has this ever worked? If so, I'd say that there may be a server problem not
an issue on your workstation

I have MSN as the Pop/SMIP default then a Verizon account and third a hot
mail account. Do you think I have it set up wrong?

I'm not sure if MSN offers POP3 downloading any longer. Have you tried
setting that account up as an HTTP mail account along with the Hotmail one?
