receiving error: 'Unknown Error 0x80040600'

I switched from Outlook 2002 to Outlook Express; sent a couple of messages
and received some email. After returning to Outlook, my preferred mail
program, all received email are now sent to Outlook Express and I get the
following msg after receiving all mail:
Task 'Southernwings.com - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x80040600)
: 'Unknown Error 0x80040600'

Is there a setting I'm missing? So far I've been unable to restore correct
routing.

Outlook can't receive mail if you don't tell it to do so. Remove the
account in OE that is downloading the mail or uncheck the "IOnclude this
account when sending and receiving" option in the acccount's properties.
and I get the following msg after receiving all mail:

Thanks Brian, that support msg was the correct one. Rebuilding the outlook
mail PST with "scanpst.exe" solved the problem.
