I am receiving emails in my inbox that are empty, no subject, senders name, no
text.

It indicates 451B of sent information, but all I see is the folder icon?

I think they are files that are sent to me, but all I get is this empty
folder?

How can I correct this.

You can do nothing. The sender needs to do something, but since you don't tell us what you think the sender is trying to send you, it is hard to troubleshoot.

451B or 451KB?
What version of Outlook?
What type of mail server? And if it's POP or IMAP, do you have a web based
access where you can look at your mailbox?
