Receiving email attachments

I receive email with attachments the Outlook Express
has "removed access to the following unsafe attachments".
How can I stop or at least bypass this so I can read the
attachments.
 
Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

For more assistance ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft
Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
