receiving duplicate emails

We have Outlook 2003 and we are utilizing a POP3 server. For some of my
users they seem to be receiving all of their email more than once. There are
not two POP accounts setup on their desktops and they don't have any rules
which should restrict their getting email. Can anyone give me some advice on
how to fix this problem?

I will keep this information close by, but it seems that Outlook corrected
itself. No one seems to be having this problem anymore.
