Receiving "Conflict Message..."

I always received "Conflict Message" mail when two users
edited the same contact information at the same time.

What should I do to correct this.

Tell them not to edit the same contact? A conflict is normal if two users
edit the same item at the same time. Someone has to decide which version to
keep.
