When viewing e-mails at work (using outlook) they are inline. I forward the
e-mail home (using outlook) and they are now attachments. How do I get my
home outlook to show inline instread of attachments?

Change the mail format to Rich text....

Sending or receiving or both???

At home, just change the mail format (Tools-Options-Mail Format) to Rich
text. But be warned - if you send emails with attachments from home to
non-Outlook users, then they won't be able to see the attachment.

Thanks for your help. One last question. Sending new e-mails to non-outlook
users will not get the attachments, right? Forwarding what was sent to me
will be okay?

If you use Rich text Format, yes, that's correct. (Well sort of - they may
well get an attachment called winmail.dat - but they won't be able to do
anything with it)

If you are using Outlook, then yes, that's right.

Thanks! You've been a big help. Too bad Microsoft help can't answer many of
these questions. I looked and looked and looked!

If you forward from work, TO work, does the E-mail come up as an
attachment? It seems to me that your work Outlook is just set to
forward the messages as attachments.

There is no reason you should have to change the message format.
