receive multiple instances of Event ID 560

i am geting multiple 560 errors for one instance of the oject access.
i'm haveing this problem with sp2 and sp3
 
I tried method 1 and the the global policy was diabled , what happens is ,
if a user
tries to access a file and gets denied i will get up to 14 560's for that
error.

WHY ??
