Receive emails into specific folder

Can I create a way to have specific emails from an individual go directly to
a specified folder without dragging or dropping. I am using MS Outlook 2007
XP no Vista.
 
In Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003 you would do this by using the rules wizard.
I'm not sure if its the same in Outlook 2007.
