Receipt in 2003?

Bob Newman

Outlook 2003

I can't seem to find how to request a receipt for the mail I send (not
globally). The help file says to go under the tools menu of the message &
choose voting & tracking options and choose request a delivery receipt.
None of these choices are there. I assume because I'm using Word as my
editor? Help Please.

Create a new message and click the Options tool. From there you can select
request receipt.

Why do you want to? When I get these requests, I don't allow it to be sent.
The fact that it isn't returned as a bad e-mail address is a pretty good
sign that the recipient got the message.
