Receipent is unable to forward my e-mails

Hello,

I am using Outlook 2003 on a Win XP box.
Whenever I send e-mails, the receipent is unablel to forward them to anyone.
I think the issue is related the IRM. But I do not have the "permission" icon
in Outlook and the permissions option is missing in the File menu.

What else can be done?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

What mail client are these recipients using? Can you reproduce this at will,
using (for example) a Yahoo/Hotmail account?
