Rebooting Server Through Sched. Task

I want to RE-BOOT a Windows 2000 Server on Wednesday and
Saturday at Midnight. I cant find a way to do this.
There should be a program that I can run through
Scheduled Task and Get this Done

There is: shutdown.exe (Win2000 Resource Kit).
