rebooting as a scheduled task

I am wanting to schedule a task of rebooting the Windows 2000 Server every morning. Is there a way to do this with Windows 2000?
 
You can use shutdown.exe from the Win2000 Resource Kit. I believe a similar
tool is available freely from www.sysinternals.com.
