reboot problem

Any suggestions about what to do when a computer randomly
reboots. I have seen this problem when a power supply was
bad. I changed the power supply and still have the problem.
The operating system is windows 2000, 128 mb ram, 10gb
hard drive, celeron 700 mhz processor on a network.

Are you sure it's a loss of power reboot as opposed to a BSOD reboot.
Turn off AutomaticlyReboot under My Computer, Properties, Advanced,
Startup and Recovery.

....and many other possibilities. Among them are loose internal
cables/connectors, CPU or other chip overheating (check the fan(s), a
sour RAM module...but Bob I's advice is an easy first step... :)
