reboot... how?

I want to start fresh, get rid of all the annyoing
programs i have, ect. how do i do so?

i tried the instalation disk but it said that the product
code (or kode if i were talking about mortal kombat) was
invalid... :-/

Well sounds like your product code has been hack and activated by another
machine. You need to get a hold of Micrisift to correct it.
